If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return our products within 14 days after receiving your products.

Before you return a product, please make sure that:
The product is unopened in its original Oued Zayn packaging. Product(s) must not have been used and must not show any signs of use.

If you want to return the products after receipt, we expect you to handle the products carefully to receive the products back in good condition.

The postage for the return shipment is at your expense. Add your (copy) packing slip to your return package so that it can be processed correctly. Send the product with its original packing to:
