The general delivery conditions
1. Acceptance
When you place an order with Oued Zayn, you agree to the terms and conditions as described on this page.
2. Service and accessibility
Shipping costs
No shipping costs are charged for delivery in the Netherlands. For a return shipment, the shipping costs are for the customer.
Delivery
We strive to ship all orders within 1 or 2 working days. You can follow your package via the Track and Trace system.

3. Your rights as a customer
You can cancel orders
You may cancel your order within 14 days. You can do so by returning the products to us. You can send the return to our postal address:

If you want to return the products after receipt, we expect you to handle the products carefully to receive the products back in good condition. The postage for the return shipment is at your expense. Add your (copy) packing slip to your return package so that it can be processed correctly.
Repair delivery
Of course, we will do our utmost to make sure everything goes according to your expectations. If something does not go according to plan, we will try to solve it for you as well as possible. If your order has not arrived correctly, we will send you a replacement package. Please feel free to contact us.
Refund
If you have returned a package and we have received it in its original condition, we will refund the purchase price to your account (the account we have on record).
4. Our offer
Validity
If our offer has a limited validity period or specific conditions, we always state this clearly in the offer.
Description
We do our best to describe the offer as accurately as possible and the images as truthful. If there are any errors, you can not hold us to it. The offer always contains the price including VAT, any costs of delivery, what you need to do to order, how you can cancel, how you can pay, and how you can contact us.
5. Personal Data Protection Act
We will add your details to our central database. This way, we will keep you informed about new developments concerning Oued Zayn. In doing so, we will always comply with the Personal Data Protection Act rules. Your details will not be passed on to third parties. If you don't want to be kept informed anymore, you can always unsubscribe via the link at the bottom of each email.
6. Warranty
What is described on the packaging is actually the content of the product.
7. Liability
Any product liability of Oued Zayn shall be limited to the amount paid by our insurance company in the event of a valid claim. The liability of Oued Zayn (other than product liability) is limited to direct damages and the amount of the net invoice value of the product. Oued Zayn shall not be liable for any form of indirect damage.

9. Resale
It is not permitted to resell our products to third parties via (online) sales platforms or web shops.
10. Applicable law and competent court
All agreements are exclusively governed by Dutch law. All disputes shall be settled solely by the competent Dutch court. These conditions apply if you place an order with Oued Zayn or authorize Oued Zayn to debit the order amount from your bank account. You can read the requirements before you place an order. If you have returned products, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible.
